Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LifeVitals, a service operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing high-quality health screening services and AI-powered insights to help individuals take charge of their health. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All Sales Are Final
- Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.
- This policy applies to all LifeVitals services, including but not limited to:
- One-time health screening purchases
- Subscription-based services
- Corporate and group health screening packages
1.2 Completed Tests Are Non-Refundable
- Once a LifeVitals lab test has been booked and completed, the transaction is considered final, and no refund will be issued.
- This applies regardless of whether the user has accessed or reviewed their lab results.
1.3 No Refunds for User-Related Issues
Refunds will not be granted for:
- A user fails to attend a scheduled appointment at a partner lab or for mobile collection.
- A user incorrectly books a test and later decides to cancel.
- A user misunderstands or misinterprets the provided health insights.
- A user experiences a change in personal circumstances after purchase.
2. Payment Authorization
By completing a transaction, you confirm that:
- ✔ You have reviewed and understood the details of the purchased test or service.
- ✔ You agree that the selected test meets your requirements prior to purchase.
- ✔ You authorize us (via Stripe, our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full amount of the transaction.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
3.1 Binding Policy
By agreeing to this Refund Policy, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for services rendered.
Attempting to initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:
- ❌ Immediate account termination
- ❌ Legal action to recover funds and additional damages.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity
- Any fraudulent refund claims or unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated.
- If a claim is found to be fraudulent, it may be reported to relevant authorities for legal action.
4. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
4.1 Legal Exceptions
If your jurisdiction mandates exceptions to no-refund policies, we will comply only where legally required.
4.2 Payment Processing Errors
Refunds may be granted only in cases of:
- ✔ Duplicate charges or overbilling caused by our payment system.
- ✔ Technical processing errors directly related to Stripe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction for eligibility.
5. User Acknowledgment
- ✔ You acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
- ✔ Understand that LifeVitals services are non-refundable once booked or completed.
- ✔ Waive any rights to seek reimbursement through your bank, credit card provider, or Stripe, except in cases of verified payment errors.
6. Questions and Support
If you believe you have encountered a legitimate payment issue, you must contact us at labs@moreclariti.com within seven (7) days of the transaction. Please provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
- A detailed explanation of the issue
All inquiries will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Stripe Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and your payment details are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. For more information, please visit Stripe’s website.
Binding Agreement: By making a purchase, you agree that this Refund Policy supersedes any conflicting refund terms presented by Stripe, your bank, or other financial institutions.
