Thank you for choosing LifeVitals, operated by FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality health screening services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy. Please read it carefully before completing any transaction.
All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law. This applies to all LifeVitals services including one-time panel purchases, subscriptions, and corporate screening packages.
Once a LifeVitals lab test has been booked and completed, the transaction is considered final and no refund will be issued — regardless of whether results have been accessed or reviewed.
No Refunds for User-Related Issues
Refunds will not be granted where:
- A user fails to attend a scheduled appointment at a partner lab or for mobile collection
- A user incorrectly books a test and later decides to cancel
- A user misunderstands or misinterprets the health insights provided
- A user experiences a change in personal circumstances after purchase
Payment Authorisation
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the details of the purchased service, that the selected test meets your requirements prior to purchase, and that you authorise FIRST AI HOLDINGS LLC. via Stripe to charge your payment method for the full transaction amount.
Disputes & Chargebacks
By agreeing to this policy, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for services rendered. Attempting to initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action to recover funds.
Any fraudulent refund claims or unauthorised chargebacks will be investigated and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in the following limited circumstances:
- Where your jurisdiction legally mandates an exception to no-refund policies
- Duplicate charges or overbilling caused by our payment system
- Technical processing errors directly related to Stripe
Refund requests for payment processing errors must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to be considered.

If you believe you have encountered a legitimate payment issue, contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction. Please include your proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID) and a detailed explanation of the issue.
